Ruth is a classically trained harpist, whose enthusiasm for the harp began at an early age. She developed her playing and performing skills alongside her academic studies.

Ruth studied for her initial degree at University of Wales, Bangor before moving to Cardiff where she obtained her Masters.

Ruth is based in Abergavenny the gateway to Wales, which gives her the opportunity to travel throughout Wales and 'over the border' into England, where she provides music for a wide range of events.

Ruth's orchestral experience extends from the Bangor and Cardiff University orchestras to playing with Abergavenny and Newport Symphony Orchestras.
